- Passport size photograph (3 copies) and stamp size photo (3nos.)
- Original money receipt in support of the application form.

Admission Details:
The academic year is divided in to three terms.
1st term –July to September 20th
2nd term October 11th to December 23rd
3rd term – January 2nd to may 5th .
For BVA course Rs 10,000/- (per year)
(NB the fee structure may be changed every year as per the decision at the college management )
The procedure of admission of BVA course student seeking admission in to the Art college must apply on a prescribed from available from the office of the college from 1st of June (please contact the college to know admission from for this year) of every year onwards on payment of Rs 200/- in cash payable to the principal kalayatan college of Art & crafts sundargarh.770001 odisha.
